When you join the Flight Club we collect your mobile phone number (your membership key), name, email, and Whatnot username, plus your favorite team if you share it. When you reserve a break spot we collect your name, email, phone, and — for Venmo-paid boards — your Venmo username. When you request a buylist quote we collect the photos and card details you send. When you enter a giveaway we collect your name, email, phone, Whatnot username, and shipping address — the address is used only to ship cards you win. We keep records of transactions to fulfill orders and run member perks like drops and giveaways.
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers required to operate (e.g., our database host and SMS carrier), who may not use it for their own purposes.
We keep opt-in consent records for as long as required to demonstrate compliance, and transaction records as required for tax and accounting purposes. You may request deletion of your profile at any time; consent and STOP records are retained as compliance logs.
